TraderDesk Launcher is completely free to download and use. The App contains no advertisements, no in-app purchases, no subscription tiers, and no locked or premium features. All functionality is available to every user at no cost.
All content, design, code, and branding within TraderDesk Launcher — including the terminal aesthetic, layout, and feature design — are the intellectual property of Brand By Wit. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

TraderDesk Launcher is a productivity and organisation tool only. It is not a financial services product.
We do not provide, and the App does not contain:
News content displayed through RSS feeds is sourced entirely from third-party publishers. We have no control over that content and it does not represent our views or recommendations.
You are solely responsible for all your trading and investment decisions. Always consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor or qualified financial professional before making any investment.
You may add custom RSS feeds, tool URLs, and journal entries within the App. All such content is stored exclusively on your device. We do not access, transmit, review, or store any content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you add and for ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brand By Wit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion of it at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
